What is the pricing model for shipping goods from Australia to China? Our pricing model is based on FOB (Free on Board). This means that the buyer (your company) is responsible for the shipping costs, insurance, and customs fees from the port of origin in Australia to the destination in China.
What are the costs involved in transporting goods from the FTZ warehouse to the platform's FTZ warehouse? The transportation costs from the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) warehouse to the platform's FTZ warehouse are handled by Cainiao(TMALL). These costs will be reflected and automatically deducted in the platform's settlement system.
Who covers the domestic transportation costs from the platform's FTZ warehouse to the end consumer? The domestic transportation costs from the platform's FTZ warehouse to the end consumer are also collected by Cainiao(TMALL). These costs are automatically deducted from the platform's sales revenue. If the sales revenue is insufficient to cover these costs, the remaining balance will be charged separately.
How are platform-to-consumer freight and customs duties handled? The platform-to-consumer freight and customs duties are deducted in the platform's settlement system.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of? Yes, there are additional fees, including logistics and storage fees charged by the platform. These fees are also deducted and displayed in the financial system.

Who is responsible for the choice of warehouse and related costs? The choice of warehouse and all related costs, including domestic transportation, customs duties, platform freight, and storage fees, are borne by the client (your company).
